About Dr. Butterick
Dr. Tammy Butterick received her PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Minnesota in 2009. Dr. Butterick is currently a Health Science Specialist in the Minneapolis VAHCS Research Service and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the UMN Department of Food Science and Nutrition.
